At this event, we will be offering:

• Heath assessments, including vital signs

• Pulmonary screening breathing tests

• Pulse oximetry and six-minute walk tests to check oxygen levels

• Prescriptions for chest x-ray, which will then be interpreted for black lung disease

• Department of Labor Black Lung benefits counseling and application assistance

All testing will be billed to your insurance. Dr. Celko will review all of your testing. Copies of the test results will be forwarded to your primary care physician and sent to you. You may choose to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Celko or with your primary care physician.
